Tenant Data Verification is a small family business that has been servicing the real estate industry for 40 years and counting. The business was created in Queens, New York in 1983 where we solely did business in all boroughs of New York City. We relocated to Ronkonkoma, New York in 2008 when we expanded and grew our service area to all fifty states.

The concept of our database is to let real estate management companies and landlords know if a tenant will be a good prospect. Verification is done manually by a live person to mitigate any errors that may arise and there will always be a live person to answer phone calls during our business hours of 9AM-5PM. 

Our fantastic staff attends as many screening conferences as possible to stay up to date on the latest laws and regulations that affects real estate management companies and landlords. Due to laws and regulations constantly changing in most states, it is crucial to be knowledgeable on this matter in this industry.
